During this week of record breaking cold temperatures, I’m dreaming of the warm sun, pink sandy beaches, and crystal clear water. Instead of hopping on the next plane to Bermuda, I made a classic Bermudian cocktail instead… the dark and stormy. It was the perfect pick me up!
Dark and Stormy
2 ounces Gosling’s Dark Rum
12 ounces ginger beer
lime wedge, for garnish
Add ice to a highball glass then pour the rum over the ice. Slowly pour in the ginger beer. Garnish with lime. Now sit back and enjoy the warm breeze (oh wait, that’s just my imagination).
